Ready to be downloaded to your smartphone, the app will guide you through the spaces and history of Castello del Buonconsiglio, making your visit even more engaging and personalised. The Castello del Buonconsiglio. Monumenti e collezioni provinciali takes a further step forward in its journey towards innovation and accessibility. With the launch of the Buonconsiglio APP, the museum experience becomes more inclusive, interactive, and suitable for all audiences. Engaging, interactive, accessible, and customisable, the new APP – based on the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) model – is designed to meet the specific needs of all visitors. You can download it before your visit to access useful preliminary information (accessible routes for visitors with disabilities, quieter visiting times, available services, etc.). Each visitor can choose from four options, selecting the itinerary that best suits their needs: a standard route; two routes with special content for visitors with disabilities (including one with subtitled Italian Sign Language video descriptions for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors, and one with detailed audio descriptions for blind and partially sighted visitors); as well as a dedicated option for families, featuring 3D animations of the frescoes.
